Hello,

My Dad is getting pestered by spam email which is going directly to the Bulk folder of Yahoo Mail. Is there anyway to make it go directly to the Trash can instead, any settings/options I can change?

Thanks a million.

Mail from unknown addresses automatically goes to my bulk mail, and I am expecting an important email from someone not in my address book. I accidentally deleted all of my bulk mail without scanning it first, and I need to check it and see if that email was in there. It didn’t go to my trash, and I have searched my mail for it with the search button, and it’s not coming up. Does that mean that I can’t get it because it was bulk, or have I just not recieved it yet?
I did not hit “Empty” next to the Bulk folder. I opened the bulk folder, selected all of the email and hit delete. it should still be in the trash, right?

My brother has started emailing me recently and his address keeps showing up in my ‘bulk’ folder in yahoo mail. I’m assuming that it has some how been marked as spam. Is there any way to fix this so that the emails will go to my ‘inbox’??

I’m running Microsoft Exchange 2003 Server, I’m sending regular email to a client with a yahoo account. I am sending it but they don’t recieve it at all. I have my own yahoo accnt when i send to myself from my mail server to yahoo, I recieve it in my yahoo BULK mail? why? it is affecting my business and that is unacceptable. I want to find a solution. Please Help.
Thank you Patti, for your swift response and your advice. I checked out senderbase and looked up our ip as well as domain, however it came out clean. I’m 100% sure that we haven’t recieved any viruses either so I’m stumped as to why Yahoo would be blocking us. Is there a way I can contact Yahoo directly and lock down a solution? Given the current posts on Techworld and Slashdot regarding poor email service from Yahoo I won’t be surprised to find there may be a hiccup in their system…
