I have 2 Yahoo accounts and email addresses. They seemed to work the same way, but for no reason, one suddenly looks different and says ’spam’ on the left side, instead of ‘bulk’ like it had done before. The font arrangement is a little different too. It is still the Classic Yahoo, and I have not changed any options on either of the addresses. Does anyone know why this would happen, and what is the difference between ’spam’ and ‘bulk’?

I just got a “Your answer has been chosen as best answer” email from Yahoo, but they delivered it to my bulk mail folder. Does that mean they’ve screened their own mail, and determined that it was junk? I didn’t tell them to do it.

And which ones to the Inbox?
I had some emails from my friends but in the Bulk?
Is there any rule for that?

I am getting many messages of returned email stating my bulk emails were blocked. I never sent any. The bulk emails are one of those scams saying I am the wife of a bank manager who has access to a large account of a person who died, etc. It offers to share money in return for help.
The trouble is, I never sent them. My Yahoo email is strictly web based. I have never used a POP email client or anything like that. Is there someone I can contact at Yahoo to stop this? Do their servers have a virus?
I already changed my password.
Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

My brother has started emailing me recently and his address keeps showing up in my ‘bulk’ folder in yahoo mail. I’m assuming that it has some how been marked as spam. Is there any way to fix this so that the emails will go to my ‘inbox’??
