How is this possible?

Many people complained that my emais have
ended up in their spam folders. Also, when I send an
email from one of my yahoo email account to another
it frequently ends up in bulk as well as lots of legit
emails from hotmail etc. My friend uses gmail and
say he has never had that problem

I think I may have accidently deleted an email in my bulk folder that I want to read, but I do not know how retrive it. When I go to my trash file it’s not there. The only things that are in the trash file are the deletes from my inbox.

Is it possible to completely block a person. Even from emailing into a spam or bulk folder. I don’t want this person’s emails at all.
