When I send an e-mail to my Yahoo account, how can I make sure I send it to my inbox and not to the spam or bulk folders?

I love Yahoo!, but the one problem is that we cannot send bulk emails easily, without being blocked. I am not talking about spam, but rather a newsletter to people who have requested it. I don’t want to set up a Yahoo group because I want to keep each recipient’s address private. Does anyone use Yahoo a lot and know how to overcome this problem?? The ‘help’ pages are no use and the advisors seem to know less than I do about Yahoo mail!

I get spam that has my address as the sender I am not sending myself spam.

I was clearing out my bulk folder today and noticed that I had received several spam pieces that used my e-mail as the sender. Was I hacked? I dont feel like I was because my account has not been frozen, and also it is set to save a copy of all outgoing mail in my sent folder, and these e-mails were not in my sent folder.

I tried to spam it but I couldn’t, Im concerned someone is trying to get my yahoo info

I already tried Spam and blocking but they dont bounce unwanted mail back to sender.

which one is the best mail server software?
Now i am using Horde but it can’t control the spam well,so i plan to change it.

I wanted to see if I can use my Address Book in Yahoo! as a whitelist? Any e-mail I receive from senders that are not in my address book should be delivered to another folder, marked as spam, or something else.

Im trying to send a newsletter in HTML format using a standalone software accessing my outlook client to yahoo mail id but the html mail is goin to yahoo bulk folder instead of inbox.
I want the newsletter to go to yahoo inbox at the first time only. Do not want to mark it as Not Spam in bulk folder.
I have included all the privacy statements and everything else so that its not considered bulk mail but still not working.
Can anyone please tell me how to do it.
