For the past few days I have only been able to delete emails from my bulk email box 1 or 2 at a time. If I try to “empty all” I get an error message which reads “error on the page.” If I check all and attempt to delete using that method, I again receive the error message. Any ideas?

I signed up with an online ebill but the bill never arrives to my email box. They’ve told me I need to make sure their site is allowed to send me emails and that they don’t go into my bulk account. How do I do this?
