Our customers that are using Yahoo Mail are having all our emails sent to their spam folders. This is wrecking havoc on our business – they do not receive our invoices and other critical emails – most are not aware of spam blocking and never check their spam folder.

We have implemented SPF and DomainKeys yet all the mails have a header “X-YahooFilteredBulk”.

How can we resolve this situation with Yahoo Mail? Surely there is a process for getting us off your list?

We never send bulk emails – the emails always have less than five recipients, usually just one. We DO have images and links in some of our emails and some are sent automatically from a PHP program.

Most our customers are “new” (non repeat) and the emails getting spammed are our first contact. Plus most users are completely unaware of yahoo’s agreesive filtering or how to put us on a whitelist. So we’re looking for a way to get off Yahoo’s spam list in the first place.

Just trying to figure out how many bbc copy emails to send as bulk email occasionally. Is there a limit of 100 or 200 bbc copy emails? It is not spam, just an update & newsletter for those that signed up for it, so just want to make sure a bulk email will work at YahooMail before I sign up a yahoo email.

It appears that the advanced search does not have the option to search the Bulk (SPAM) folder. This is a major bug, since searching it is common to need to find a message that may have been mistakenly caught by the SPAM filter, and with thousands of SPAM emails per day, searching by hand is very time consuming (but that seems to be the only way).
Have to disagree with the answer from 4whoknew. Real email ends up in the SPAM/bulk folder quite frequently and checking it is important. For example, if someone who has never mailed me before (not in my contacts) says they will mail me and it does not show up when they promise, need to check bulk–sometimes it does go there.

If I send a press release to a group which includes a yahoo group will it get posted?

i’m sending newsletters biweekly and i have just over 520,000 subscribers. basically 1,040,000 a month and i need a good program so i can just setup the newsletter and let it run through the list. Any suggestions are GREATLY appreciated.

I’m getting these junk emails with stock sugestions. The email has no text but only an image of text. Out of curiosity I checked the companies metnioned in the emails and they did genearlly increase stock value. Anyone know where these emails are coming from. Its always coming from a different address and always a different name.

I want to avoid creating multiple shorter lists.

I pushed the wrong button and it got rid of my bulk email.

I have to create an email address for each and every one of my students. instead of going onto gmail, and creating 400 of those, is there a faster way? like A DOWNLOADABLE PROGRAM?
