Our customers that are using Yahoo Mail are having all our emails sent to their spam folders. This is wrecking havoc on our business – they do not receive our invoices and other critical emails – most are not aware of spam blocking and never check their spam folder.

We have implemented SPF and DomainKeys yet all the mails have a header “X-YahooFilteredBulk”.

How can we resolve this situation with Yahoo Mail? Surely there is a process for getting us off your list?

We never send bulk emails – the emails always have less than five recipients, usually just one. We DO have images and links in some of our emails and some are sent automatically from a PHP program.

Most our customers are “new” (non repeat) and the emails getting spammed are our first contact. Plus most users are completely unaware of yahoo’s agreesive filtering or how to put us on a whitelist. So we’re looking for a way to get off Yahoo’s spam list in the first place.

I cannot get my dictation software to work in Yahoo mail although a work elsewhere on Yahoo just fine. Is there any way to make it work? I use DragonDictate 9

Why did I not get the email? Is there any way to retrieve it? Could it have already been deleted if my yahoo email thought it was spam or bulk email. I need to get that email back. Any suggestions?

I currently use Outlook Express through Shaw. I have absolutely no problem sending an e-mail to anyone but when someone (anyone) tries to e-mail me, they get the following error:

twiztedschizo is an old Yahoo username that I haven’t used in quite some time.

I receive their e-mails just fine but every e-mail that the sender sends, they get the above error and I’m sure they aren’t too pleased about it either.

Any help with this is appreciated. Thanks in advance!

I just opened an account with yahoo yesterday. I sent a bulk email to all of my contacts. I then sent 2 other emails, and now every time I try to send an email it says “your account has been marked with suspicious activity you are blocked from sending any mail” how do I fix this?

I just search my bulk and suddenly I see an email subject “Same quality medications but lower prices” which is sent by my email address!!

Someone sends me an emial but the box for resposne doesn’t appear below the sender/response headings. Example: this empty box doesn’t appear. What to do?

I have to delete bulk mail from location other than my home. Don’t know how to fix this…no trouble doing anything else…just emptying bulk mail.

I have gone through my email page by page and I am over 100 percent positive that I do not have a new email in my regular inbox or my bulk email inbox. It has been like this for several months now and I am wondering how I would go about taking care of it.
