I don’t know if anyone can help with this. One really irritating thing about doing bulk printing with my HP inkjet is the amount of resources & memory is consumes when printing many copies of a graphic files. I don’t know whether the primary issue is with HP’s driver or whether it is an inherent problem within the spooler system in Windows XP itself. If you print one copy of a graphics files it using “x” amount of ram, but if you print say 25 copies of the same file, it seems to use “x” amount of ram TIMES 25!!!! This seems ridiculous to me. I could understand it doing this if the 25 were all separate documents, but why does it need to do the same calculations multiple times for the same document? Why wouldn’t it do it once & then simply use that one file for all the printing. I have 1000mb of ram but it’s often not enough when printing many copies.

Maybe there is some printer management software someone can recommend that can get around this problem. Please let me know. Thanks
