i want not receive any mail from a person and I want he know this by receiving messages like this isn’t a valid address or you cant send message for this ID,and if there is nothing for this how can I delete my account from Yahoo

Some of the e-mails come from people that could be at risk if the goverment in their countries like Cuba or Venezuela read their names so ? How can I reised the name of the sender when I forward that e-mail to other citizens of that country.
