annual tenant shareholders meeting for a co-op, tenant shareholder unable to attend the meeting faxed her proxy to the board appointing another tenant shareholder to vote her shares at the meeting. Must the proxy be sent by direct mail in order to be a valid proxy?

where does a direct mail company get the address data? i want to save $ by obtaining the address’ myself but not sure where to go to get it. any help would be great.

A month ago I got caught trying to shoplift at Sam’s Club; they let me pay for my items of < $25.00 then let me go. No police, no charges but got banned forever from Sam's and they said Walmart too. I used to do the bulk of my shopping at Walmart and would like to return to shop there sometime. I didn't shoplift at Walmart, so is there a way to be allowed again at Walmart to shop. Since I always pay in cash, how closely does Loss Prevention staff look for individuals who were banned from other stores? Does LP have ****** recognition software in their surveillance systems?

A follow up meeting has been scheduled simply to meet the people with whom I will be working with. What is the appropriate attire to wear for this follow up? Suit and tie or slacks, dress shirt, and jacket?
