My girlfriend is traveling to a remote region in Africa and phone or internet communication is limited. Is there something out there like video mail software. Im looking for a software that would allow us to record video on either a usb flash drive or cd that I can send through regular mail. Does anybody have any suggestions?

I’ve had a Western Digital 1TB external hard drive for several years now, i use it to store all of my files for school/work, all of pictures, some backup software, and all of my itunes files which is the bulk of the drive tv shows, movies, music, podcast etc. Last week i noticed i was having problems with windows and it only happens when my drive is plugged in. the problem is windows freezes up and becomes non responsive, when i unplug it everything goes back to normal. So i purchased another 1TB drive and was just going to transfer the files from the original to the new drive, however even when i try to do that it freezes up and won’t continue, if i try to put a new movie or show or music on ipod it freezes up. Can anyone please give me some advice or a place that can help it would be greatly appreciated i really do not want to loose all my files. Thank you in advance.
