i would like to print stuff and mail my own direct mail campaign. can anyone give me some guidance on this? iam thinking the post office will help, but has anyone done that direct mailing in house to save cost? 5000 letter mailers
You are right about the post office being a big help. Check out their web site ( ). When you get there click on the business entry in the top menu bar, then move your cursor down to Step 1 and click on Direct Mail. The next screen lays out a reasonable plan of action.
I haven’t conducted a direct mail campaign since the Postal Service became “web aware” and in looking over what their web site has to say about direct mail campaigns I believe they are on target and that your best bet is to follow their advice.
