I need a tool to send mail to bulk email IDs?

I need a tool to send mail to bulk email IDs.

Yahoo & Gmail also allow us but they have a limit for a single day.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Not very sure about it. Maybe try using msn hotmail or aol hotmail?
