can’t retrieve it if you are using a web mail. it is gone for ever. if you have pop3 and you have downloaded the mails to ur PC then you can recover it from the deleted items folder.
just look in your trash , & if you have not cleaned (Emptied) it then u will find it in your trash.An dnow u will have a big Smile on your face.
