Bulk Email Question?

There are some emails in my Bulk Mail that has personal information in the Subject.
I know tht i can delete that email(s)
But I dont know how thtey got the information in the first place and i would like to report that email
i would like for the particular email site or whatever to not send NOTHING to me
I would like to know where it came from…because they have that kind of info
Its not just that I have All this bulk.. because i know i can put it 0 but then when i do not have te time to let you (for instance) to be able to email me it will go into bulk so therefore i delete you (no)
But I do not like at ALL how they have obtained this info

you might have spyware on your computer that collects personal information so run a spyware check with an antivirus or antispyware program
You can mark all the thing’s you get spam.It will go on a block list,and you will not get them from that address again.The way they get the info is there little bug’s they put in your pc from there site’s you enter.The best way they have to get info from you is say the word FREE.And most people will go look and try and get what ever it is.Don’t give out your address to those type site;s.Could alway’s cancel that account and get a new one to clear out your old address.
