I signed up with an online ebill but the bill never arrives to my email box. They’ve told me I need to make sure their site is allowed to send me emails and that they don’t go into my bulk account. How do I do this?
You can also go to >>mail page>>options>> block addresses. Scroll through the blocked mail list and find their address—click it and then click “remove”.
You should also add them to your address book.
